Rob Pyke

AFA MIPA Director - Commercial & taxation I first started my training as an accountant in 1996. After working for various different accountancy practices for 15 years I started R & J Business Solutions on 1st October 2011.

When not at work I can be found playing airsoft on the occasional weekend and I'm graded 10th Kyu of the Ryukyu Karate Association.

Jemma Pyke

AFA MIPA MAAT Director - Business services I trained as an accountant in Somerset from 2004. After working for the same firm of accountants for 7 years I joined R & J Business Solutions after being on maternity leave where I head up our business services department. Outside of work I have a real passion for animals, love to socialise and be creative.

When not at work I can be found playing airsoft on the occasional weekend and I'm graded 10th Kyu of the Ryukyu Karate Association.

Rachel Tutton

MAAT Senior accountant I have been working as an accountant since 2008 training in general practice and working for a large commercial charity. Outside of work I'm a real petrol head and have a passion for motor sport.

When not at work I can be found playing airsoft on the occasional weekend and I'm graded 10th Kyu of the Ryukyu Karate Association.

Susan Crone

Bookkeeper & office administration After a very successful career in childcare I joined R & J Business Solutions in 2015. I am the office organiser and specialise in small business bookkeeping. Outside of work I like discovering the Somerset countryside and gardening.

Isabelle Pyke

Junior accountant - I am still currently studying but help out at weekends as the office junior. I have a real passion for animals and would love to travel the world.
